How do I clean out a vessel?

If it is a Penn Home Candle, then you will just add a little hot water to the bottom and then wipe out the residue. Other waxes can be a little more stubborn and may need to be cut out with a butter knife. We can also clean the wax out for you!

Will you refill vessels from another store?

Yes! We will inspect the vessel to make sure there are no cracks and then give you a refill price.

What is the discount for a refill?

How will I be notified that my order is ready?

We will text the number provided on the refill form. The typical turn around time is 10 days or less.
